Hope For a Long Empty Site
The long empty site on 13th street between 2nd and 3rd has finally found a seller. The Milstein family is letting the three lot assemblage go for $33.2M or a little under $1500/SF unbuilt. Quick money would have this site going multifamily rental with mixed retail to take advantage of the never ending need for apartments in the area.
